Damascus forces kill one civilian and wound five others in Suweida

In an attack targeting Druze communities, forces of the Syrian Interim Government killed one civilian and wounded five others.

Forces of the Syrian Interim Government carried out a drone attack in the northern countryside of the southern city of Suweida. In the attack, Omer al-Qadi lost his life and five others were injured.

Local sources reported that the attack took place near the areas of Selim and Atil, and that the names of the wounded civilians were Rewad Sherefeddin, Jawad Sherefeddin, Wejdi Sherefeddin, Diyaa Abu Fehir, and Rami Munzir.

It was noted that Omer al-Qadi, who was killed, worked at a poultry farm and was directly targeted in the town of Atil.

According to eyewitnesses, al-Qadi was directly targeted by a drone while driving his vehicle near the poultry farms where he worked, west of the town, and he was already deceased when he arrived at the national hospital.

Meanwhile, the National Guard Units announced that forces of the Interim Government attempted to infiltrate the administrative border between Daraa and Suweida, near Bosra al-Sham, but the attempt was prevented. The statement noted that there were wounded among the Damascus forces.
